  Limited Warranty
NADATEL warrants to the original purchaser of NADATEL's product that it is free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable.

NADATEL will, at its option, repair or replace this product, which may include serviceable used and tested part, at no additional charge, if it should fail to be in working condition at any time during the one-year period, provided that no part of the product has been abused or misused. In case of significant hardware serial defects at manufacturing, NADATEL will replace.

All parts or complete products will be repaired or replaced on an exchange basis only. Replaced parts and/or products become the property of NADATEL. Unless agreed to in writing all repairs or replacements will be done only to merchandise returned to NADATEL as described.

  Limited of Liability
NADATEL shall not be liable for any :
A. special, indirect, incidental, economic or consequential damages arising from or related to our equipment or the purchaser’s software, including, without limitation, damages arising from loss of data or programming, or loss of claims customer by any third party, even if the customer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

B. Personal injury or property damage, unless caused by NADATEL’s willful wrongdoing.

C. Damages (regardless of their nature) for any delay or failure by NADATEL to perform its obligations under this agreement due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

D. Claims made the subject of a legal proceeding against NADATEL more than one-year after any such claim first arose. NADATEL’s liability for damages for any cause whatsoever (exclusive of personal injury or property damage caused by NADATEL’s willful wrongdoing) shall be limited to the total original purchase price of the products.

E. Damages incurred in the shipping of either new or repaired products.

  Return Merchandise Policy

If a system fails, please contact NADATEL Technical Support. The NADATEL Technical Support Department will request the system serial number, verify specific information regarding the system, and issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

Before shipping or bringing in the product for repairs or replacement, the customer will have to obtain an RMA number. An RMA must accompany each defective product that is returned to NADATEL. The RMA number can be obtained by contacting NADATEL technical Support at +82 (02) 890-3200. The defective product will be refused if the RMA number is not attached.

  Advanced Parts Replacement
NADATEL will ship replacements parts in advance of receiving defective materials to NADATEL’s customers with established credit in good standing (see RETURN MERCHANDISE POLICY above). Invoices are mailed if the defective parts are not returned within 30 days.

Parts returned within 60 days of the replacement shipment will be credited against the invoice. If the defective parts are not returned within 60 days, no credit will be given and the invoice must be paid.

  Product Return Policy
For faster, more accurate service, when delivering or shipping a system in for repair or a part for replacement, we ask that you:
A. package all items securely. Improperly packaged items that are damaged will be refused.

B. Send the following information to NADATEL in a package sleeve:
Current date
Detailed description of defect or problem
RMA number
Serial number
Account Name
Customer Name
Complete return address
Your telephone number

C. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package

D. NADATEL will pay the freight cost to ship parts to the customer. All returned product must be shipped freight pre-paid by the customer (see Return Product address listed below).
No credit will be given for the return of any defective parts that are refused due to violating this warranty policy. The refused warranty parts will not be returned to the customer and the related RMA invoice will be due and payable. No credit will be given for parts that were not originally purchased as part of an NADATEL system.

  Terms of One-Year Warranty
The one-year warranty is granted to the initial purchase customer only and is nontransferable. Warranty claims must be made during the warranty period.

During this time NADATEL, at its discretion, will repair or replace parts covered by the warranty. NADATEL reserves the right to substitute functionally equivalent new or serviceable used parts.

There are no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face hereof. No modification of the warranty shall be effective unless the same is in writing and agreed to by NADATEL.
